Thai Massage Training Courses – NOW OFFERED!!!!

Touch of Asia has recently opened its doors to offer Basic/Advanced Thai massage training courses modeled directly after schools in Thailand. All of our training classes are deeply rooted in the traditions of Thailand and taught by instructor David Roylance.

Massage hobbyists, couples, interested to learn for the first time, or massage therapists? Our classes are designed to accommodate all levels of experience. Our next class will be held on August 19, 20, 21, 26, 27, and 28. (Friday 1pm – 6pm Saturday/Sunday from 9am-6pm)

Charity Events – Giving back to the Community

June 10, 2005 – Leesburg, VA
Touch of Asia recently participated at a silent auction with the Loudoun Literacy Council in support of helping them achieve their Literacy goals. In addition to donating a massage gift certificate to raise money, we donated 10 man hours of massaging to raise money for this important organization.

July 14, 2005 – Dulles Town Center Mall
Touch of Asia is planning to meet with the Dulles Daybreak Dashers on July 14^th to discuss how Asian massage treatments can improve their health. From 9:00am – 10:30am we will offer chair massage and discuss Thailand’s approach to healing, The Circle of Life.

July 20, 2005 - INOVA Physical Therapy Center
Touch of Asia is celebrating International Massage week at INOVA Phyiscal Therapy Center located at 20905 Professional Plaza, Suite 110 Ashburn, VA 20147 on July 20, 2005 from 10am-12pm. We will donate our massage services to individuals currently under care at this facility and to their staff. We will host a 15-20 minute discussion concerning Asian Healing practices. Feel free to join us for this important event as we give back to our community.

We’d love to hear about other events you may be involved with where we can give back to our community. If you have an event you are working on, feel free to let us know……..we really enjoy what we do and love sharing it with our community.

David recently took a trip to Thailand and returned with many products directly from the source. Many of you asked him to get certain products so her created a shopping list and was able to get most of them. We now have many of the products you have been asking for and more. Wood carvings, hanging fabrics, Thai fisherman paints, etc.
